XXXV Annual Conference of AOI (U.P. Chapter)
The XXXV Annual Conference of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India – U.P. Chapter (UPCON–2017) was a landmark event held from 3rd to 5th November 2017 at 4A, Kasia Road, Near Chhatra Sangh Crossing, Gorakhpur – 273001. The conference was organized by Rajdeep ENT Hospital & Microsurgery Centre, Gorakhpur, in association with the Department of ENT, B.R.D. Medical College, Gorakhpur. After a decade, this prestigious academic gathering returned to Gorakhpur, uniting ENT professionals, academicians, and postgraduate students from across Uttar Pradesh. The three-day event featured live surgical workshops, a Temporal Bone Dissection Course for young specialists, guest lectures by renowned ENT surgeons from across India, and panel discussions and scientific paper presentations, making it an enriching experience for all attendees.

XXV Annual Conference of AOI (U.P. Chapter)
The 25th Annual Conference of the AOI (U.P. Chapter), a Silver Jubilee edition, took place on 14–15 October 2006 at Rajdeep ENT Hospital and Microsurgery Centre (Kasia Road, Gorakhpur). The meeting was jointly organized by Dr. Rajesh Yadav (Organizing Secretary) and Prof. Y.C. Yadav (Organizing Chairman). According to the official welcome note, the conference was the Silver Jubilee Conference of the U.P. Chapter, held in Gorakhpur on October 14–15, 2006. Key highlights of the two-day program included:
Live Surgical Workshops – cutting-edge operative demonstrations by expert ENT surgeons.
Scientific Paper Sessions – presentations of original research and case studies.
Panel Discussions – interactive forums on current topics in otolaryngology.
Guest Lectures – talks by eminent specialists from across India.
Eminent AOI U.P. officials supported the event: President-Elect Prof. R.K. Jain and President Dr. S.C. Gupta were actively involved, along with committee members like Dr. Mangal Singh. A Ladies and Children’s Committee and several other organizing committees were also constituted to oversee hospitality, scientific programming, and logistics, ensuring that the Silver Jubilee conference ran smoothly and that families of delegates were well catered for.
