Dr. Rajesh Yadav, an esteemed ENT surgeon and cochlear implant specialist, completed his MBBS and MS from JNMC, Aligarh, earning a Gold Medal for academic excellence. He further honed his expertise as a Senior Resident at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and pursued a prestigious Fellowship at the House Ear Institute, USA. With a remarkable career spanning decades, he has performed over 40,000 ENT surgeries and 450+ successful Cochlear Implants, making Rajdeep Hospital the leading center for cochlear implants in Eastern UP. Twice elected President of AOI UP Chapter, he has organized and conducted state-level conferences (2006 & 2017) and a temporal bone dissection course, earning him the Lifetime Achievement Award from AOI UP Chapter.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Yadav is committed to social initiatives. Under his leadership, Rajdeep Hospital regularly conducts free camps to raise awareness about deafness and cochlear implants, aiming to eradicate hearing loss. Passionate about nurturing young talent, he founded Lakshya Sports Academy, a non-profit organization providing free coaching to 400+ children in Cricket, Handball, Basketball, Hockey, and Athletics, fostering the next generation of sports stars.
